1. In Item 15 of the Regulations on the Joint division on implementation and supervision of the projects in agricultural industry financed by the World Bank approved by the Order of the Government No. 878/1999 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1999, Art. No. 109-111, 946), with subsequent changes, words of "National Bank of Moldova" shall be replaced with words "The ministries of the environment".

2. The order of the Government No. 980/2000 about creation of the Consolidating management on implementation of programs of the International fund of agricultural development on the basis of the agreements on borrowing signed between the Government of the Republic of Moldova and the International fund of agricultural development (2000, Art. No. 124-126, 1084), with subsequent changes, to add the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova with Item 5 of the following content:

"5. The Ministry of Agriculture and the food industry provides the Consolidated management on implementation of programs of the International fund of agricultural development on the basis of the agreements on borrowing signed between the Government of the Republic of Moldova and the International fund of agricultural development, rooms for implementation of its activities or incurs expenses on their lease if other is not provided by the agreements signed with the International fund of agricultural development.".

I. General provisions

1. The regulations on the organization and functioning of the Ministry of Agriculture and the food industry (further - the Provision) regulate mission, functions, spheres of activity and the rights of the Ministry, and also procedure for the organization of its activities.
