About modification of some orders of the Government (regarding procedure for the organization and functioning of some administrative authorities subordinated to the Ministry of infrastructure and regional development)

Based on Item b) article 7 of the Law No. 136/2017 on the Government (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, No. 252, the Art. 412), with subsequent changes, and parts (1) article 15 of the Law No. 98/2012 on the central branch public management (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2012, Art. No. 160-164, 537), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. In the Order of the Government No. 706/2018 about creation of the Agency of water transport of the Republic of Moldova (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2018, Art. No. 285-294, 816), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1.1. in Item 3 of the resolution subitems 4) and 5) to recognize invalid;

1.2. in appendix No. 1:

1.2.1. in all text "The law No. 131 from on June 8, 2012 about the state control of business activity" in any grammatical form to replace the text with the text "The law No. 131/2012 on the state control" in the corresponding grammatical form;

1.2.2. in Item 2 after the text of "task" to add with the text of "sphere of activity", and to exclude the words "and obligations";

1.2.3. state Item 6 in the following edition:

"6. In the spheres of activity the Agency cooperates with bodies of the central public management, bodies of local public authority, public organizations, bodies, the equipped control functions, non-profit organizations, and also with profile organizations abroad in the areas provided in Item 8.";

1.2.4. add with Items 6-1 and 6-2 of the following content:

"6-1. Financing and material logistics of activities of the Agency are performed at the expense of the means provided in the government budget and the means arriving from other sources according to the legislation.
