Create the Agency of water transport of the Republic of Moldova, the administrative authority subordinated to the central industry body in the field of water transport, by means of reorganization by merging (merge) of Public organization "Service of the harbor captain "Dzhyurdzhyulesht" and the State company "Register of shipping".

2. The agency of water transport of the Republic of Moldova is successor of the rights and obligations of Public organization "Service of the harbor captain "Dzhyurdzhyulesht" and the State company "Register of shipping".

1) Regulations on the organization and functioning of the Agency of water transport of the Republic of Moldova, according to appendix No. 1;

2) Ceased to be valid;

3) Structure of the Agency of water transport of the Republic of Moldova, according to appendix No. 3;

4) the Organigram of the Agency of water transport of the Republic of Moldova, according to appendix No. 4;

5) Additions which are made to appendix No. 3 to the Order of the Government No. 1128 of September 29, 2006, according to appendix No. 5.

4. Establish the extreme number of the Agency of water transport of the Republic of Moldova in number of 45 units with the annual salary fund according to the current legislation.

5. "Service of the harbor captain "Dzhyurdzhyulesht" and the State company "Register of shipping" to perform release of workers in connection with reorganization of Public organization according to normative provisions in the field of work.
