1. Approve:

1.1. Regulations on the organization and functioning of the National agency on safety of foodstuff according to appendix No. 1;

1.2. Structure of the National agency on safety of foodstuff, the List of boundary inspection posts (with the status of managements), the List of territorial subdivisions of the National agency on safety of foodstuff (with the status of managements), and also Standard structure of territorial subdivisions of the National agency on safety of foodstuff according to appendix No. 2;

1.3. The list of public organizations in which the National agency on safety of foodstuff acts as the founder, according to appendix No. 3.

2. Establish the extreme number of personnel of the National agency on safety of foodstuff in number of 1179 units from which 285 units - for central office, 136 units - for boundary inspection posts and 758 units - for territorial subdivisions.
