This resolution:

- shifts the Regulations of the Commission (EU) 2023/2533 of November 17, 2023 realizing the Directive of the European parliament and Council 2009/125/EC concerning requirements to ecological designing of household drum drying machines for linen, making changes to Regulations of the Commission (EU) 2023/826 and canceling the Regulations of the Commission (EU) No. 932/2012, published in the Official magazine of the European Union by L 2023/2533 of November 22, 2023 CELEX:32023R 2533, with the last changes made by Regulations of the Commission (EU) 2025/2262 of November 11, 2025;

- shifts the Regulations of the Commission (EU) 2024/1834 of July 3, 2024 realizing the Directive of the European parliament and Council 2009/125/EU concerning requirements to ecological designing of fans with engines with input power from 125 W to 500 kW and canceling the Regulations of the Commission (EU) No. 327/2011, published in the Official magazine of the European Union by L 2024/1834 of July 4, 2024 CELEX:32024R 1834, with the last changes made by Regulations of the Commission (EU) 2025/2481 of December 2, 2025;

- shifts the Regulations of the Commission (EU) 2023/826 of April 17, 2023 establishing requirements to ecological designing of energy consumption in the modes of switching off, expectation and network expectation of the electric and electronic equipment of household and office purpose according to the Directive of the European parliament and Council 2009/125/EC and canceling Regulations of the Commission (EU) No. 1275/2008 and (EU) No. 107/2009, published in the Official magazine of the European Union by L 103 of April 18, 2023 of CELEX:32023R 0826, with the last changes made by Regulations of the Commission (EU) 2025/2262 of November 11, 2025;

- shifts the Regulations of the Commission (EU) 2024/1103 of April 18, 2024 realizing the Directive of the European parliament and Council 2009/125/EC concerning requirements to ecological designing of devices of local heating and separately connected control units and the canceling Regulations of the Commission (EU) 2015/1188, published in the Official magazine of the European Union by L 2024/1103 of April 19, 2024, CELEX:32024R1103.

1. In the Order of the Government No. 750/2016 about approval of regulations on requirements to ecological designing of energy-requiring products (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2016, Art. No. 169-183, 815), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1.1. in Item 1 of the resolution:

1.1.1. paragraphs two, the fifth, seventh and eighteenth to recognize invalid;

1.1.2. add with paragraphs of the following content:

"Regulations on requirements to ecological designing of household drum drying machines for linen, according to appendix No. 40;

Regulations on requirements to ecological designing of the fans put in action by engines with input electric power from 125 W to 500 kW according to appendix No. 41;

Regulations on requirements to ecological designing of energy consumption in the modes of switching off, expectation and network expectation of the electric and electronic equipment of household and office purpose, according to appendix No. 42;

Regulations on requirements to ecological designing of devices of local heating and separately connected control units, according to appendix No. 43.";

1.2. add with appendices No. 40-43 according to appendix to this resolution.

2. This resolution becomes effective after one month from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova and is declared invalid from the effective date Treaties of Accession of the Republic of Moldova to the European Union.
