According to the paragraph of the forty ninth subitem 20 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of the development of communities and the territories of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 30, 2015 No. 460 (in edition of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 17, 2022 No. 1400), for the purpose of enhancement of accounting of the road accidents on road and urban electric transport (the tram, the trolleybus)

I ORDER:

1. Approve Changes in the Procedure for accounting and implementation of the analysis of the reasons of catastrophic crashes, accidents, road accidents and fires on road and urban electric transport (the tram, the trolleybus) approved by the order of the Ministry of infrastructure of Ukraine of April 20, 2017 No. 151, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on May 17, 2017 at No. 631/30499, which are applied.

2. To provide to department of technical regulation on transport submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in the procedure established by the legislation.

3. To provide to the sector of external communications placement of this order on the official website of the Ministry of development of communities and the territories of Ukraine.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

5. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister according to distribution of powers.

Changes in the Procedure for accounting and implementation of the analysis of the reasons of catastrophic crashes, accidents, road accidents and fires on road and urban electric transport (the tram, the trolleybus)

1. The fifth Item 2 of the Section І to state the paragraph in the following edition:

"Other terms are used in the values given in the Code of civil protection of Ukraine, the Laws of Ukraine "About road transport", "About urban electric transportation", the Traffic regulations approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 10, 2001 No. 1306 (further - Traffic regulations), Rules of accounting of the road accidents approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 22, 2019 No. 424, the Accounting treatment for the fires and their effects approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 26, 2003 No. 2030 (in edition of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 05, 2024 No. 1386), Service regulations of the tram and trolleybus, No. approved by the order of the Ministry of infrastructure of Ukraine of February 03, 2020 36, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on April 17, 2020 at No. 353/34636 (further - Service regulations of the tram and the trolleybus), the Procedure for technical investigation of the road accidents, catastrophic crashes, accidents on automobile and city electric (the tram, the trolleybus) the transport approved by the order of the Ministry of infrastructure of Ukraine of June 23, 2015 No. 231, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on July 09, 2015 at No. 818/27263 (further - the Procedure for technical investigation of road accident).".

2. In the Section II:

Shall be replaced with words 1) in Item 6 of the word "in paper form" "electronically";

Item 7 to exclude 2).

With respect thereto to consider Items 8-10 Items 7-9 respectively.

3. In the Section III:

Paragraph two of Item 2 to state 1) in the following edition:
