RESOLUTION OF THE CABINET OF MINISTERS OF UKRAINE

About approval of the Procedure for issue of licenses (permissions) to use of the objects of intellectual property right belonging to the state on behalf of the Ministry of Defence and other bodies exercising control of military property

According to part six of article 2 of the Law of Ukraine "About legal regime of property in the Armed Forces of Ukraine" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve the Procedure for issue of licenses (permissions) to use of the objects of intellectual property right belonging to the state on behalf of the Ministry of Defence and other bodies exercising control of the enclosed military property.

2. To the ministries, other central executive bodies and bodies determined by part two of article 43-2 of the Law of Ukraine "About conscription and military service" within three months from the date of entry into force of this resolution to perform review and reduction of the regulatory legal acts in compliance with this resolution.

3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its publication and is effective in the period of warlike situation and within three months from the date of its termination or cancellation.
