1. Approve the enclosed Rules of cession of property of government employees, persons, acting as provided by the state position in trust management.

2) Item 2 of the order of the Chairman of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for public service of March 13, 2026 No. 49 "About introduction of amendments to orders of the Chairman of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for public service of September 10, 2021 No. 158 "About some questions of passing of public service" and of May 18, 2023 No. 116 "About approval of Rules of cession of property of government employees in trust management" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts No. 38166).
3. To provide to department of anti-corruption policy of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for public service in the procedure established by the legislation:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for public service after its official publication.
