About modification of some decisions of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic regulating conditions of provision of guarantees and compensations to the persons living and working in the mountain and remote hardly accessible settlements of the Kyrgyz Republic
For the purpose of uniform application of coefficients of surcharges to the salary and benefits, preserving earlier established guarantees and compensations to the persons living and working in the mountain and remote hardly accessible settlements of the Kyrgyz Republic according to article 8 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About regulatory legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic", articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About guarantees and compensations to the persons living and working in mountain zones of the Kyrgyz Republic" of June 5, 2026 with No. 398 the following change:
to state appendix 1 to the above-stated resolution in edition according to appendix 1 to this resolution.
2. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "On regulation of application of guarantees and compensations to the persons living and working in remote hardly accessible and in some mountain settlements of the Kyrgyz Republic" of June 5, 2026 with No. 399 the following changes:
Appendix 1 to the above-stated resolution to state 1) in edition according to appendix 2 to this resolution;
Appendix 2 to the above-stated resolution to state 2) in edition according to appendix 3 to this resolution.
3. This resolution is subject to official publication and becomes effective since June 19, 2026.
