About guarantees and compensations to the persons living and working in mountain zones of the Kyrgyz Republic
For the purpose of streamlining of system of provision of guarantees and compensations to the persons living and working in mountain zones according to article 2-1 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the state guarantees and compensations for the persons living and working in the conditions of highlands and the remote hardly accessible zones" articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Establish:
1) the sizes of district coefficients of surcharges to the salary and benefits to the population living and working in mountain zones of the Kyrgyz Republic in sizes according to appendix 1;
2) the sizes of monthly allowances to official pay rates of employees of the companies, organizations and organizations located in mountain zones of the Kyrgyz Republic, in sizes according to appendix 2.
2. Approve the Procedure for establishment and calculation of working life for payment of monthly allowances to official pay rates of employees of the companies, organizations and organizations located in mountain zones of the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix 3.
