According to the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About the security market", "About telecommunications", "About the digital signature", I order:
1. Make changes to Regulations on requirements to use of information and communication technologies in the stock market, the CEO of the Center for coordination and control of functioning of the security market approved by the order under the State Property Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan of August 1, 2008 No. 2008-13 (рег. No. 1855 of September 9, 2008) (Collection of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2008, Art. No. 37-38, 386) according to appendix.
2. This order is approved with the Ministry of digital technologies, Committee on development of the competition and consumer protection of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Comissioner for the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan on protection of the rights and legitimate interests of subjects of entrepreneurship.
3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
