About introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation

1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation.

2. Recognize invalid separate provisions of acts of the Government of the Russian Federation according to the list according to appendix.

3. Items 12 (1), 13, 16, 26(1-1) and 26 (1-2) Regulations on measures for ensuring execution of the federal budget approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 9, 2017 No. 1496 "About measures for ensuring execution of the federal budget" (in edition of this resolution), and the Section V of Rules of decision making on change of summary budget list of the federal budget, limits of budget obligations, and also information on the capital construction projects and real estate units approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of November 30, 2023 No. 2050 "About approval of Rules of decision making about change of summary budget list of the federal budget, limits of budget obligations and also information on capital construction projects and real estate units" (in edition of this resolution), become effective since January 1, 2027.

4. Item 56 of the Regulations on measures for ensuring execution of the federal budget approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 9, 2017 No. 1496 "About measures for ensuring execution of the federal budget" (in edition of this resolution), becomes effective since January 1, 2028.

Changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation

1. a) Item 2 (to add 1) with the subitem "д (3)" the following content:

"д (3)) before forming by the main managers of means of the federal budget and approval in accordance with the established procedure the working group of Government commission concerning optimization and increase in efficiency of budgeted expenses on expenditure management of individual parameters of efficiency of provision of subsidies to legal entities, not being public institutions, subsidies to individual entrepreneurs, and also physical persons - to producers of goods, works, services;";

b) in the paragraph the second Item 9 and the paragraph the second Item 12 to replace the word "implementation" with the word of "implementation";
