Enter from January 1 to December 31, 2026 temporary legal regulation of procedure for achievement and maintenance of price stability, and also improvement of quality and availability of services in carrying out technical inspection of vehicles and assessment of conformity of single vehicles before release into the stream of commerce, having determined the state operators performing the organization, coordination and the state control of activities in the respective spheres:
1) on carrying out technical inspection and examination of the vehicles which are in operation in case of modification of their design the state company "Center of Technical Appointment" of Head department for safety of traffic of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic;
2) on assessment of conformity of single vehicles before release into the stream of commerce the State center for registration of vehicles and driver's structure under Administration of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic.";
2) in Item 2 of the word "issue of safety construction certificates of the vehicle are effective till July 1, 2026" shall be replaced with words "assessments of conformity of single vehicles before release into the stream of commerce are effective till September 1, 2026";
3) in Item 3 of the word "issue of safety construction certificates of the vehicle" shall be replaced with words "assessment of conformity of single vehicles before release into the stream of commerce";
