About change of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus and National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of July 6, 2011 No. 924/16
Based on article 11 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 23, 2008 No. 424-Z "About Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus", article 26 of the Bank code of the Republic of Belarus the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus and National Bank of the Republic of Belarus DECIDE:
1. Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus and National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of July 6, 2011 No. 924/16 "About use of cash and other equipment in case of acceptance of instruments of payment" the following changes:
in Item 2:
in part two and paragraph one of part three of the subitem 2.2 of figure "2026" to replace with figures "2029";
the paragraph one of subitem 2.4 after the word of "meters" to add with the words "in object of public catering";
in Regulations on use of cash and other equipment in case of the acceptance of instruments of payment approved by this resolution:
to replace the word of "goods" with the word "goods *";
add part with the interlinear note of the following content:

* Concerning the goods specified in Items 37 and 38 of appendix 2 to the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 29, 2011 to No. 1030 "About the goods which are subject to marking" - since May 1, 2027";
in Item 10-1 part one:
in paragraph one to replace the word of "goods" with the word "goods *";
add part with the interlinear note of the following content:
