Based on Item 3 of article 12 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of August 27, 2008 No. 429-Z "About state regulation of production and turnover of alcoholic, non-food alcohol-containing products and non-food ethyl alcohol", the paragraph of the fourth Item 3 of the Regulations on the Coordination panel on production and turnover of alcoholic, non-food alcohol-containing products, the non-food ethyl alcohol approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of May 4, 2026 No. 150, Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Approve Regulations on procedure for distribution of quotas for production of alcoholic products, non-food ethyl alcohol, antiseptic medicinal, veterinary and the disinfectants relating to non-food alcohol-containing products it (is applied).
2. Recognize invalid resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus according to appendix.
3. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
