About production and turnover of alcoholic, non-food alcohol-containing products, non-food ethyl alcohol

For the purpose of ensuring coordination in the field of production and turnover of alcoholic, non-food alcohol-containing products and non-food ethyl alcohol I decide:

1. Create under Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus the Coordination panel on production and turnover of alcoholic, non-food alcohol-containing products, non-food ethyl alcohol (further – the Coordination panel).

2. Approve:

the structure of the Coordination panel (is applied);

The regulations on the Coordination panel (are applied);

Regulations on procedure for the organization and carrying out tenders on determination of the legal entities providing realization of exclusive right of the state on implementation of import of alcoholic products (are applied).

3. Recognize invalid legal acts of the President of the Republic of Belarus (appendix).

4. To Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus to take measures for implementation of this Decree.

5. This Decree becomes effective after its official publication.
