About distribution of amounts of the tariff privileges for import to the territory of the Republic of Belarus of meat of cattle in 2026
Based on subitem 2.2 of Item 2 of the Regulations on procedure for use in 2026 of the tariff privilege for import to the Republic of Belarus of meat of cattle approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of May 6, 2026 No. 227, the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Determine for 2026 amounts of meat of cattle *, imported into the Republic of Belarus within the tariff privilege provided by the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of January 30, 2026 to No. 18 "About modification of some decisions of the Commission of the Customs union concerning separate types of meat of cattle" based on offers of regional executive committees and the Minsk Gorispolkom between legal entities ** according to appendix.

* For the purposes of this resolution meat of cattle is understood as the meat classified according to the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union the codes specified in the paragraph the second to part one of subitem 7.1.82 of Item 7 of the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of November 27, 2009 No. 130 "On single customs and tariff regulation of the Eurasian Economic Union".
** For the purposes of this resolution legal entities are understood as the legal entities who are producers of meat products and included in the register of production facilities on which activities for obtaining, conversion (processing) of not processed food (food) staples of animal origin are performed.
