1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. in the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of December 23, 2014 No. 805 "About some questions of activities of the non-profit microfinancial organizations created in form of business of consumer cooperative":
"some questions" to exclude from the name of the word;
in preamble of the word "4 Presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus of October 23, 2019 No. 394 " about provision and attraction of loans ", the paragraph of third of part one and part two of Item 5, Item 19 parts two" shall be replaced with words "6 Presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus of October 23, 2019 No. 394 "About enhancement of procedure for provision and attraction of loans", Item 3 parts four";
to exclude subitem 1.3 of Item 1;
1.2. in the Instruction about requirements to rules of internal control of the organizations performing financial transactions in the field of prevention of legalization of income gained in the criminal way, financings of the terrorist activities and financing of distribution of weapons of mass destruction approved by the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of September 19, 2016 No. 494:
in Item 1 of the word "including buying up Items regarding implementation of microfinancial activities by them" shall be replaced with words "except for the legal entities specified in paragraph four of subitem 1.2 of Item 1 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of October 23, 2019 to No. 394 "About enhancement of procedure for provision and attraction of loans";
in Item 2 part one:
to state the paragraph of the sixth in the following edition:
"the commercial microfinancial organizations – the legal entities specified in the paragraph the second subitem 1.1 and paragraphs second and third subitem 1.2 of Item 1 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of October 23, 2019 to No. 394;";
word in paragraph seven "subitem 2.2 of Item 2" shall be replaced with words "paragraphs third or pole of subitem 1.1 of Item 1";
1.3. in the Instruction about use of program and (or) technical means, carrying out remote identification, remote updating (updating) of data approved by the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of September 19, 2019 No. 379:

in part nine of Item 2 of figure "2.11-2.13" to replace with figures "2.11, 2.12, 2.13";
