1. Establish for the non-profit microfinancial organizations created in form of business of consumer cooperative, except for consumer cooperatives of the second level:

1.1. minimum sizes:

1.1.1. No. 121 is excluded according to the Resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of 15.04.2020

1.1.2. the fund of financial mutual assistance determined according to subitem 2.1 of Item 2 of this resolution - 100 percent of share fund;
