About change of presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus concerning the national social insurance and provision of pensions
1. Make changes to presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus (appendix).
2. To provide to Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus reduction of acts of the legislation in compliance with this Decree and to take other measures for its realization.
3. This Decree becomes effective since January 1, 2026.

to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of December 11, 2025 No. 427
1. In the Regulations on diplomatic service of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of May 15, 2008 No. 276:
Item 24 after the word of "minister counselors" to add with words "deputies of permanent representatives under the international organizations,";
to exclude from part seven of Item 30 of the word "or it is reduced";
state Item 63 in the following edition:
"63. To the spouses jointly living with diplomatic workers abroad in length of service stay time abroad is set off provided that during this period in the Republic of Belarus payment of compulsory insurance premiums for pension insurance in the budget of fund according to the legislation on the national social insurance was made.".
2. In Regulations on the Social Security Fund of the population of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of January 16, 2009 No. 40:
