About modification of some decisions of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic concerning forming and use of means of special accounts of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Kyrgyz Republic
For the purpose of implementation of the subitem "z" of Item 3 of part 8 of Article 105 of the Budget code of the Kyrgyz Republic, according to articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Kyrgyz Republic" of July 1, 2021 No. 55 the following change:
in Regulations on the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-stated resolution:
- third the subitem 6 of Item 13 to state the paragraph in the following edition:
"-develops and approves profit and loss budgets, and also will organize execution of the republican budget regarding financial provision of activities of the Ministry, its subordinated and territorial subdivisions taking into account the means accumulated on special accounts in system of the single treasurer account;".
2. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About measures for transformation of system of road industry" of December 24, 2021 No. 346 the following changes:
1) in the Charter of the state company "Design and survey institute "Kyrgyzdortransproyekt" under the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-stated resolution:
- add Chapter 9 with Item 58-1 of the following content:
