Regulations on licensing of private security activities

1. This Provision establishes procedure for licensing of private security activities, the list of licensed requirements to each type of the security services provided by part 2 of article 5 of the Federal law "About Private Security Activities" and also the list of gross violations of licensed requirements when implementing private security activities.

2. The concepts used in this Provision mean the following:

"licensee" - the private security organization which addressed to the licensing body for the place of the stay with the statement for modification of the register of licenses for implementation of private security activities (further - the license);

"the licensing body" - the Federal Service of troops of national guard of the Russian Federation or its territorial authority in the location of the license applicant (licensee);

"license applicant" - the legal entity who addressed to the licensing body for the place of the stay with the statement for provision of the license.

Other concepts used in this Provision are applied in the values determined by the Federal Law "About Private Security Activities".
