About the Program of renewable energy resources for 2023-2027
According to articles 4 and 12 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About strategic planning and the state forecasting" the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan decides:
1. Approve the Program of renewable energy resources for 2023-2027 and the Action plan for 2023-2025 of the Program of renewable energy resources for 2023-2027 (appendices 1 and 2).
2. To the Ministry of Energy and Water Resources of the Republic of Tajikistan and National academy of Sciences of Tajikistan within annually allocated funds to the Ministry of Energy and Water Resources of the Republic of Tajikistan and National academy of Sciences of Tajikistan and garnet means to take necessary measures for implementation of this Program and its Action plan.
3. To the ministries and departments, executive bodies of the government of areas, cities and areas to take adequate measures on implementation of this Program and its Action plan and annually till January 1 to represent information on their accomplishment to the Ministry of Energy and Water Resources of the Republic of Tajikistan and National academy of Sciences of Tajikistan.
4. To the Ministry of Energy and Water Resources of the Republic of Tajikistan and National academy of Sciences Tajikistan annually till February 1 to provide to the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan information on accomplishment of this Program and its Action plan.
