1. Approve Standard regulations on youth council under the central executive body which are applied.
2. To the central executive bodies:
be determined concerning feasibility of formation of youth council under the central executive body;
create in case of need youth council under the central executive body, develop and approve regulations on the specified council taking into account the Standard provision approved by this resolution.

1. This Standard provision determines procedure for education, the organization of activities of Youth council under the central executive body (the ministry, other central executive body) (further - executive body).
2. Youth council under executive body (further - youth council) is formed as advisory advisory body under executive body according to part seven of Article 14 and part six of article 22 of the Law of Ukraine "About the central executive bodies" and regulations on executive body for the purpose of involvement of youth to forming and realization of youth policy in the respective spheres of state policy of executive body.
