About approval of Rules of conducting complex town-planning examination of town-planning projects
According to the subitem 12) of article 24 of the Construction code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, I ORDER:
1) Rules of conducting complex town-planning examination of town-planning projects (further - Rules), according to appendix 1 to this order;
2) the List of invalid some orders, according to appendix 2 to this order.
2. To provide to committee on cases of construction and housing and communal services of the Industry ministry and construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Industry ministry and construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication.
3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Industry and construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. This order becomes effective since July 1, 2026 and is subject to official publication.
5. Determine that since July 1, 2028 Item 29 of Rules is effective in the following edition:
"29. On completion of complex town-planning examination the final version of the town-planning project in paper form with security classification or marked "for office use", makes sure the expert's seal with indication of surname, name, middle name (in case of its availability), positions, certificate numbers and dates of its issue.".
