According to the subitem 56) of article 24 of the Construction Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, I ORDER:
1. Approve form of the resolution of the state inspectors of suspension of operations in the field of construction.
2. Declare invalid the order of the deputy. The Minister of Industry and construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan of September 25, 2024 No. 333 "About approval of form of the act of the state inspectors of suspension of operations in the field of construction" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 35125).
3. To provide to committee on cases of construction and housing and communal services of the Industry ministry and construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Industry ministry and construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Industry and construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. This order becomes effective since July 1, 2026 and is subject to official publication.
