About introduction of amendments to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Procedure for provision of the guarantee to subjects of national economy" of September 23, 2025 No. 605

1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Procedure for provision of the guarantee to subjects of national economy" of September 23, 2025 No. 605 the following changes:
according to the procedure of provision of the guarantee to subjects of national economy, approved by the above-stated resolution:
- state item 4 in the following edition:
"4. The guarantee is provided for providing obligations in the part which is not covered by mortgage providing on the credit, leasing or the bank guarantee.
At the same time provision of the guarantee according to obligations of the subject, completely not secure pledge, is allowed only in the cases connected with ensuring economic and (or) national security of the country based on the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers.
Provisions of this Item are applied taking into account requirements, stipulated in Item 4-1 this Procedure.";
- add with Item 4-1 of the following content:
"4-1. The size of the guarantee cannot exceed 80 percent from the total amount of obligations of the subject on the credit, leasing or the bank guarantee, including the main amount of debt, the added percent and other payments provided by the agreement signed between the creditor and the subject.
