1. Make changes to resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus according to appendix.
2. This resolution becomes effective in the following procedure:
subitem 3.4 of Item 3 appendices – since July 18, 2026;
other provisions of this resolution – after its official publication.

In the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of April 29, 2010 No. 648 "About procedure for receipt of permission to carrying out design and exploration work and construction of the newly created and (or) reconstructed fiber optic communication lines (except for the located in capital structures (buildings, constructions) and subscriber lines of telecommunication) and their input in operation":
