About approval of Rules on safe operation of construction object of condominium

1. Approve the enclosed Rules on safe operation of construction object of condominium.
2. To provide to committee on cases of construction and housing and communal services of the Industry ministry and construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Industry ministry and construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication.
3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Industry and construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. This order becomes effective since July 1, 2026 and is subject to official publication.

1. These rules on safe operation of construction object of condominium (further – Rules) are developed according to Item 2 of article 137 of the Construction code of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further – the Code) and determine procedure by safe operation of construction object of condominium.
2. Action of these rules does not extend to the construction objects which are operated according to the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About the housing relations".
