About introduction of amendments to the order of the Deputy prime minister – the Minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 20, 2025 No. 55 "About some questions of the state support of private entrepreneurship"
I ORDER:
1. Bring in the order of the Deputy prime minister – the Minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 20, 2025 No. 55 "About some questions of the state support of private entrepreneurship" the following changes:
To be reworded as follows the register of measures of the state support of private entrepreneurship approved by the specified order according to appendix to this order;
in Rules of forming, maintaining and updating of the register of the measures of the state support of private entrepreneurship approved by the specified order:
2) of Item 2 to state the subitem in the following edition:
"2)" the digital card of business" – the information and analytical module realized on platform of "the digital government" based on the information about subjects of entrepreneurship;";
4) of Item 2 to state the subitem in the following edition:
"4) subjects of private entrepreneurship are citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan, kandasa and the non-state commercial legal entities performing business activity;".
2. To provide to department of the state support and protection of entrepreneurship of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan within five working days from the date of signing of this order the direction for placement in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan and on Internet resource of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan after day of its first official publication.
3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication, except for:
1) the paragraph of the fourth and fifth Item 1, which become effective since July 12, 2026;
2) the paragraph of the sixth and seventh Item 1, which become effective since July 1, 2026.
