About some questions of the state support of private entrepreneurship

According to subitems 2-6) and 2-7) of article 99 of the Entrepreneurial code of the Republic of Kazakhstan PRIKAZYVAYU:

1. Approve:

1) the Register of measures of the state support of private entrepreneurship according to appendix 1 to this order;

2) Rules of forming, maintaining and updating of the register of measures of the state support of private entrepreneurship according to appendix 2 to this order.

2. To provide to department of the state support and protection of entrepreneurship of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan within five working days from the date of signing of this order the direction for placement in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan and on Internet resource of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its first official publication.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
