About change of resolutions of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus
Based on part eight of Article 50 of the Labor code of the Republic of Belarus, part one of Item 3 of the Regulations on procedure for holding actions technical (technological, testing) the nature approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of June 6, 2025 No. 227, of Item 6 of the Regulations on procedure for carrying out certification of workplaces under the terms of the work approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 22, 2008 No. 253, the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Make changes to the following resolutions of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. in the Instruction on assessment of working conditions in case of the certification of workplaces under the terms of work approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus of February 22, 2008 No. 35:
in part four of Item 7 of the word "and the Single job evaluation catalog of positions of employees (further-EKSD)" shall be replaced with words ", the Single job evaluation catalog of positions of employees (further – EKSD) and the professional standard";
in Items 12 and 75 of the word "and EKSD" shall be replaced with words ", EKSD and the professional standard";
in subitem 15.1 of Item 15:
