Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the Rules of forming and maintaining the unified register of frequency assignments approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of May 30, 2024 No. 707 "About the unified register of frequency assignments" (The Russian Federation Code, 2024, No. 23, the Art. 3185).

2. Determine that:

the Item of 1 changes approved by this resolution becomes effective since July 1, 2026;

the Item of 2 changes approved by this resolution becomes effective since July 1, 2027.

1. In the subitem "b" of Item 8 of the word "25 working days" shall be replaced with words "17 working days".

2. Add Item 14 with the paragraph of the following content:

"According to the application of the user radio-frequency range about receipt of the statement from the register submitted electronically through the single portal or the official site of authorized body, if technically possible the statement from the register concerning one record is provided in personal account on the single portal or in personal account of the official site of authorized body within one working day from the date of receipt of the statement for receipt of the statement from the register.".
