About modification of some regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine
According to Articles 7, of 15, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", Item 3 of the Section II of the Law of Ukraine of June 03, 2025 No. 4465-IX "About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning development of financial inklyuziya in Ukraine", for the purpose of reduction of regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine in compliance with requirements of the legislation of Ukraine the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine decides:
1. Approve Changes in:
1) Regulations on the organization and conducting inspection checks, the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine approved by the resolution of July 17, 2001 No. 276, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 15, 2001 at No. 703/5894 (in edition of the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of December 28, 2017 No. 145) (with changes) which are applied;
2) Regulations on features of reorganization of the bank according to the decision of its owners approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of June 27, 2008 No. 189, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 12, 2008 at No. 845/15536 (with changes) which are applied.
2. In Item 32 of the Section I of the Regulations on procedure for identification and the recognition of banking groups approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of April 09, 2012 No. 134, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on April 28, 2012 at No. 708/21021 (with changes), "pages of Official Internet representation" shall be replaced with words words to "the page of Official Internet representation".
