About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine for development of financial inklyuziya in Ukraine

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to the following legal acts of Ukraine:

1. In paragraph four of part one of Article 92 and the paragraph the second part two of article 93-3 of the Code of Ukraine on insolvency proceedings (2019, No. 19, the Art. 74) the words "cancellation" to replace sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine with the word "response".

2. In the Law of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1999, No. 29, Art. 238 with the following changes):

Part the second Article 1 after the words "essential participation" to add 1) with the words "financial inklyuziya";

Part one of Article 7 to add 2) with Items 35-1 and 35-2 of the following content:

"35-1) promotes development of financial inklyuziya;

35-2) establishes requirements to activities of bank of financial inklyuziya and feature of regulation and supervision of its activities";

The word "pages" to replace 3) in part eleven Items 1 and 3 of Article 56 with the word to "page";

The word "pages" to replace 4) in the text of Article 68 with the word to "page";

Shall be replaced with words 5) in part one of Article 69 of the word "according to international standards of professional practice of internal audit" "according to the Global standards of internal audit accepted by Council for international standards of internal audit";

6) in the text of the Law of the word of "official Internet representative office of National Bank", "official Internet representative office of National Bank" shall be replaced with words "Official Internet representative office of National Bank".
