For the purpose of implementation of article 42 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About public health care", according to articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for expenditure of the means arriving on holding actions for the prevention and fight against epidemics" of April 3, 2020 No. 194 the following change:
in Regulations on the procedure for expenditure of the means arriving on holding actions for the prevention and fight against epidemics, approved by the above-stated resolution:
- to state the subitem 15 of Item 10 in the following edition:
"15) acquisition of vaccines according to epidemic indications and reagents;".
2. To the Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic to take the adequate measures following from this resolution.
3. Determine that the realization of this resolution is enabled within the approved budget of the Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic for the corresponding years.
4. This resolution becomes effective after fifteen days from the date of official publication.
