Approve the enclosed changes which are made to Rules of holding examinations on the right of control of vehicles and the issues of car driver licenses approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of October 24, 2014 No. 1097 "About the admission to control of vehicles" (The Russian Federation Code, 2014, No. 44, Art. 6063; 2016, No. 7, Art. 975; 2017, No. 14, Art. 2063; 2019, No. 52, Art. 7974; 2023, No. 52, Art. 9623; 2024, No. 47, Art. 7135).

2. Determine that Items 4, of 6 and 8 - 10 changes approved by this resolution become effective since March 1, 2027.

1. To state paragraphs of the first and second of Item 11 in the following edition:

"11. In the cases specified in subitems "an" and "zh" of Item 9 of these rules, practice examination is carried out after delivery by the candidate for drivers of theoretical examination. Such practice examination is appointed no later than 60 calendar days from the date of passing theoretical examination.
