1. Approve the enclosed Rules of implementation of federal state control (supervision) of compliance with law of the Russian Federation of private detective activities.

2. This resolution becomes effective since September 1, 2026.

Rules of implementation of federal state control (supervision) of compliance with law of the Russian Federation of private detective activities

I. General provisions

1. These rules establish procedure of federal state control (supervision) of compliance with law of the Russian Federation in the field of private detective activities (further - control).

2. The concepts used in these rules mean the following:

"unscheduled inspection" - the inspection of observance by the private detective of requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation in the field of private detective activities which is carried out by officials of control facility on one of the bases, stipulated in Item 14 these rules;

"officials of control facility" - officials of control facility, by official regulations (job descriptions, job responsibilities) of which are provided appropriate authority on control;

"control facility" - the Federal Service of troops of national guard of the Russian Federation, and also its territorial authorities;
