About approval of the Regulations on procedure and conditions of expenditure of the means arriving from utilization collection
For the purpose of the providing ecological safety, organization of events directed to effective management of waste, sustainable development of system of environmental protection, financing of actions for utilization and conversion of the waste requiring the operational and immediate solution according to article 84-1 of the Code of the Kyrgyz Republic about the non-tax income, article 29 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About production wastes and consumption" with articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Approve Regulations on procedure and conditions of expenditure of the means arriving from utilization collection according to appendix.
2. To impose control of execution of this resolution on management of control of execution of decisions of the President and the Presidential Administration Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic.
3. This resolution becomes effective after fifteen days from the date of official publication.
