About modification of the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 24, 2019 No. 429 "About approval of Rules of forming of the State pulegilzoteka"

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 24, 2019 No. 429 "About approval of Rules of forming of the State pulegilzoteka" the following changes:

"According to subitem 3-1) of article 28 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About the state control of turnover of separate types of weapon" the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:";

The rules of forming of the State pulegilzoteka approved by the specified resolution (further – Rules) to be reworded as follows according to appendix to this resolution.

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its signing, except for Item parts one 28, of Item 42 and part two of Item 43 of Rules which become effective since July 12, 2026, and is subject to official publication.

At the same time to determine that till July 12, 2026 are effective:

part one of Item 28 of Rules in the following edition:

"28. Departmental collections of the State pulegilzoteka are stored in natural type. Along with natural departmental collections forming of electronic array of images of control shot bullets and sleeves with use of the automated information ballistic systems (further – AIBS) in coordination with the Ministry of Internal Affairs is possible.";
