About entering of amendments and changes into some legal acts of the Republic of Uzbekistan in connection with further enhancement of early warning system of offenses

In recent years in our country effective measures for implementation of absolutely new mechanisms of ensuring peace, the solution of the social problems becoming the reasons of making of offenses by means of system of measures of social prevention, and also to strengthening of confidence of the population in personal security are taken.
At the same time there is need of further increase in overall performance on creation of the safe circle in махаллях, to timely identification of these factors of the made offenses and early crime prevention.
This Law makes the additions and change in the Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan about the administrative responsibility providing establishment of the administrative responsibility for making of offense, repeated within the year, connected with carrying cold weapon or objects which can be used as cold weapon. The changes directed to deprivation of persons who committed the crime connected with spousal (household) assault, the rights to acquisition of civil weapon to certain term, and also to temporary forfeiture of firearms and ammunition to it at citizens concerning whom the security order sets restrictions are made to the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About weapon".
Also changes and additions are made to the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About prevention and treatment of narcological diseases", the requirements providing change that for the placement of person having narcological disease on forced treatment it shall be brought to the administrative responsibility more than once within year, and also investment of the ad interdistrict medical commissions created in the remote regions for conducting narcological examinations with power to recognize person having the narcological disease needing forced treatment.
