About modification and the amendments in some legal acts of the Republic of Uzbekistan directed to increase in efficiency of the prevention of the fires

In recent years in our country large-scale measures for the prevention of the fires and enhancement of the state control in the field of fire safety, to creation of complete system of the fire safety allowing to provide reliable protection of life and health of citizens, and also property of physical persons and legal entities are taken.
Besides, along with strengthening of the taken measures for the prevention of the fires, there is need of strengthening of measures of responsibility for violation of fire safety regulations.
This Law makes the changes and amendment in the Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan about the administrative responsibility providing strengthening of responsibility of officials for abuse of regulations of fire safety, and also to the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About fire safety", providing refining of powers of bodies of the state fire supervision.
This Law will serve the prevention of the fires, ensuring more effective application of measures of legal impact for abuse of regulations of fire safety.
