2. Determine complex of actions for development of national innovative system for 2026-2030 (further – complex of actions) according to appendix.
Annually, since 2026 to represent to executives in charge of complex of actions to the State committee on science and technologies information on the course of accomplishment of complex of actions for the first half of the year – till July 30, in year – till January 30.
To the state committee on science and technologies annually, since 2026 to submit in Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus the report on the course of accomplishment of complex of actions respectively till August 25 and till February 25 within the report on implementation of the State program of innovative development of the Republic of Belarus for 2026-2030 approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of December 21, 2025 No. 448.
3. To state subitem 1.3.3-1 of Item 1.3 of the single list of the ministerial procedures performed concerning subjects of the managing approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 24, 2021 No. 548, in the following edition:
