About approval of the Procedure for processing and personal data protection which owner is the Department of Energy of Ukraine
According to article 6 of the Law of Ukraine "About personal data protection", Item 8 of the Regulations on the Department of Energy of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 17, 2020 No. 507, of Item 1.2 of Section 1 of the Standard procedure for processing of personal data approved by the order of the Representative of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine for human rights of January 08, 2014 No. 1/02-14, for the purpose of ensuring compliance to processing and personal data protection in the Department of Energy of Ukraine
I ORDER:
1. Approve the Procedure for processing and personal data protection which owner is the Department of Energy of Ukraine which is applied.
2. To provide to management of cyber security and digital development submission of this order in the procedure established by the legislation on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister concerning digital development, digital transformations and digitalization Andarak Roman.
