1. Bring in the resolution of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Belarus of April 5, 2024 No. 30 "About procedure for carrying out testing of remedies of the plants and fertilizers which are subject to state registration" the following changes:
1.1. from word preamble", subitem 5.1 of Item 5 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 29, 2011 No. 867," to exclude;
1.2. in the Instruction about procedure for carrying out testing of remedies of the plants and fertilizers which are subject to the state registration approved by this resolution:
the eleventh Item 2 to state the paragraph in the following edition:
"the applicant - the legal entity developing and (or) making remedies of plants and fertilizers, or persons authorized by it;";
from appendix 1 to this Instruction of the word"; surname, own name, middle name (if that is available) and the residence (the place of stay) of the individual entrepreneur" and "; the surname, own name, middle name (if that is available)" to exclude the individual entrepreneur, the residence, contact telephone number.
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
