1. Approve the Instruction about procedure for carrying out testing of remedies of the plants and fertilizers which are subject to the state registration it (is applied).

1. This Instruction determines procedure for carrying out testing of biological and economic efficiency of remedies of the plants and fertilizers which are subject to the state registration (further, unless otherwise specified, – testing of remedies of plants and fertilizers).
2. For the purposes of this Instruction terms and their determinations in the values established By the law the Republic of Belarus "About quarantine and protection of plants" and also the following terms and their determinations are used:
acaricides – the substance or mix of substances intended for prevention of emergence, destruction or fight against pincers, including against especially dangerous types;
biological and economic efficiency of fertilizer – the result of use of fertilizers expressed by yield increase of crops, improvement of quality of agricultural products, increase in soil fertility;
biological efficiency of remedy of plants – the result of application of remedy of plants in field conditions expressed by indicators of death or decrease in number of harmful organisms, or damage rates of the plants protected by it;
biological medicines – the substance or mix of substances made on the basis of live microorganisms or products of their life activity;
biotechnical means – substances or mix of the substances applied to the prevention of penetration, distribution and catching of harmful organisms and also protection against impact of external factors of the environment;
vegetative season – period of time from crops (landing) before maturing of plant;
herbicides – the substance or mix of substances intended for prevention of emergence, destruction or fight against undesirable types of plants;
active ingredient of remedy of plants – biologically active part of remedy of plants having target effect on harmful organism;
desiccants – the chemicals causing dehydration of plant tissues, intended for maturing acceleration;
the applicant – the legal entity or the individual entrepreneur developing and (or) making remedies of plants and fertilizers, or persons authorized by them;
insecticides – the substance or mix of substances intended for prevention of emergence, destruction or fight against harmful insects;
