1. Approve:

1) the enclosed Rules of issue of consent to appointment (election) to leading employee position of bank, bank holding, bank branch – the nonresident of the Republic of Kazakhstan of the insurance (reinsurance) organization, insurance holding, branch of the insurance (reinsurance) organization – the nonresident of the Republic of Kazakhstan, insurance broker, branch of insurance broker – the nonresident of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the single accumulation pension fund, the Voluntary accumulation pension fund, "Fund of Guaranteeing Insurance Payments" joint-stock company, the professional participant of the security market, including the criteria of lack of faultless goodwill, documents necessary for receipt of consent (further – Rules);

2) the enclosed features on availability of working life for the candidates for leading employee position having the professional qualification confirmed with international certificates and the list of such certificates.

2. Recognize invalid resolutions of Board of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on regulation and development of the financial market, and also structural elements of some resolutions of Board of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on regulation and development of the financial market according to the enclosed list.

3. To provide to department of the security market in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) together with Legal department state registration of this resolution in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this resolution on official Internet resource of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on regulation and development of the financial market after its official publication;

3) within ten working days after state registration of this resolution submission to Legal department of data on execution of the action provided by the subitem 2) of this Item.

4. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the supervising vice-chairman of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on regulation and development of the financial market.

5. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
