About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning celebration of memory of the compatriots who died as a result of the armed aggression of the Russian Federation

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to such legal acts of Ukraine:

1. Article 30 of the Code of civil protection of Ukraine (2013, Art. No. 34-35, 458) to add sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine with part seven of the following content:

"7. In the cases determined by the law use of warning systems not on the functional purpose provided by this Code is allowed".

2. "About the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1998, No. 35, of Art. 237 with the following changes) to state paragraph two of Item of 1 part one of article 4 of the Law of Ukraine in the following edition:

"determination of strategic national interests of Ukraine, conceptual approaches and the directions of ensuring national security and defense in political, economic, social, military, scientific and technological, ecological, cultural, information and other spheres".

3. The law of Ukraine "About the Holodomor of 1932-1933 in Ukraine" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2006, No. 50, Art. 504; with the changes made by the Law of Ukraine of August 21, 2025 No. 4579-І X) to add with Article 4-1 of the following content:
