About introduction of amendments to Resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 21, 2012 No. 451 and of September 27, 2022 No. 1091

1. Bring in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 21, 2012 No. 451 "Omission question through frontier of persons, automobile, water, railway and air vehicles of the carriers and goods moved with them" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2012, No. 40, the Art. 1546) and of September 27, 2022 No. 1091 "About approval of the list of separate goods concerning which providing customs payment is not provided" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2022, No. 80, to Art. 4857; 2025, No. 56, the Art. 3865) the enclosed changes.
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its publication.

1. Add the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 21, 2012 with No. 451 Item 1-1 of the following content:
"1-1. In the period of warlike situation in Ukraine to provide to the State Customs Service acceleration of accomplishment of customs formalities on goods which move water transport and are in ports, in particular in the way:
use for the purposes of accomplishment of customs formalities of data on the vehicles intended for commodity exportation from port, provided to customs authorities by members of port community;
