About approval of the list of separate goods which import to customs area of Ukraine and/or movement on the territory of Ukraine is performed by en route without provision to customs authorities of providing customs payment
According to Item 9-20 of the Section XXI "Final and transitional provisions" of the Customs code of Ukraine the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Approve the list of separate goods which import to customs area of Ukraine and/or movement on the territory of Ukraine is performed by en route without provision to customs authorities of providing customs payment which is applied.
2. This resolution becomes effective since October 1, 2022 and voids in year from the date of the termination or cancellation of warlike situation, except Items 5 and 6 of the list approved by this Resolution which void since February 1, 2023, and Item 7 of the List approved by this resolution which loses force since May 1, 2023, and Item 9 of the list approved by this resolution which loses force since January 1, 2025.

1. Goods which description and codes according to UKTVED are determined in Item 20 parts one of Article 282, Item 4-1 of the Section XXI "Final and transitional provisions" of the Customs code of Ukraine, Item 32 of subsection 2 and Item 42 of subsection 5 of the Section XX of the Tax code of Ukraine.
2. Components (materials, nodes, aggregates, the equipment and components) which are imported on customs area of Ukraine in customs regime of import for use in production of goods of defense appointment, 29 parts one of article 1 of the Law of Ukraine determined according to Item "About defense purchases" if customer of such goods is the state customer in the field of defense, description and codes according to which UKTVED are determined by part eight of Article 287 of the Customs code of Ukraine.
3. The goods determined by the inventory when which importing to customs area of Ukraine the payment deferral of customs payments, according to appendix to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 9, 2022 is granted to No. 236 "Some questions of customs clearance of the separate goods imported on customs area of Ukraine during action of warlike situation" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2022, No. 25, the Art. 1318).
4. No. 745 is excluded according to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 21.07.2023
5. Goods which move (are sent) in the international express departures.
